However, there are some Terms and Conditions which apply to purchases of goods and services from us. These are detailed below. In addition, this page provides details of our Delivery policies. - Orders under £80 (inc VAT) = £5 delivery charge
- Orders £80 or over (inc VAT) = FREE delivery
(a small number of exceptions may apply) Physical goods sold via this website broadly fall into two categories: - Large Goods - items in the categories of Scooters, Wheelchairs/Powerchairs and Walking Aids
- Regular Goods - all other items.
Large Goods are personally delivered by one of our representatives or a high-quality courier company and can be delivered to a wide range of locations across the UK - please call us on 0800 783 3407 if you live outside the East Midlands to find out whether we deliver a particular Large item to you.
Regular Goods are delivered by Royal Mail or courier and can be delivered to virtually anywhere within mainland GB. Delivery costs are calculated when you enter the Checkout process. Terms and Conditions of Sale - Goods If ordering goods online, your credit or debit card will be charged as soon as the order is received (however an order is not accepted until explicitly confirmed by us - please see below. If an order is not accepted your money will be refunded in full). For Large Goods, you will be contacted by one of our staff to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. This will usually, where appropriate, include a demonstration but please contact us to confirm. For Regular Goods, once the order is confirmed the item will be dispatched, usually within 2 working days. If your goods are faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 21 days after you receive them, we will either provide a full refund or arrange for you to receive new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned or collected (Regular Goods need to be returned. In some cases Large Goods are collected). If the goods are not faulty you have 21 days from the day after the goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods (or have them collected) for a refund (Regular Goods need to be returned. In some cases Large Goods are collected). A refund will be provided within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Returned goods (unless faulty) should be returned unopened/sealed.
We reserve the right in certain circumstances to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the sale price, but only as permitted by law. Terms and Conditions of Sale - Services Services, such as warranty extensions, have their own terms and conditions and these are listed with each relevant service item description and/or are available on request. Cancellation conditions of service agreements and insurance are as per your statutory rights and the terms and conditions of that particular service or insurance product. Payment processing for credit and debit cards is carried out by a third party, so receipt of funds (and the timing of receipt) by us is in the hands of this third party. Your order will usually be processed when payment is fully received by us, whether you have paid via Credit or Debit card, or via cheque or postal order.IMPORTANT: As well as the Terms and Conditions detailed on this page, which must be read and agreed to - fully - before placing an order, before paying Phoenix Mobility Ltd via the third party payment processor, you must read and agree to all of the payment processor's Terms and Conditions - you will be given details of how to view these on the same page that you enter your credit or debit card details. Phoenix Mobility Ltd is registered for VAT. However, there are a number of products which we sell that are VAT exempt. We list the price including VAT if the product is subject to VAT, or at the inclusive, VAT-free price if the product is VAT exempt. An order placed with Phoenix Mobility Ltd is invalid, and no contract is made, until acceptance of the order is explicitly confirmed by Phoenix Mobility Ltd (by post, telephone or electronic mail). Phoenix Mobility Ltd reserves the right to wholly or partially refuse any order. Nothing in the above is designed to affect your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
